Reports, Field Representative (11th Expedition)
Narrative Report of 11th expedition submitted to Dr. Gruening, Director, Division of Territories and Island Possessions, Department of Interior, by Richard B. Black, Field Representative on December 30, 1937. It includes his 11 page report, medical and transfer records, and a 32 page Jarvis Island log book kept by Joseph Kim from August 2, 1937 to November 1, 1937. He describes their daily tasks, inlcuding catching and drying 1006 aholehole, catching sharks, and making feather lei.
